Motivation and Skill
The 559th Schwere Panzerjägerabteilung was attached to the veteran Panzer Lehr Division to bolster the number of armoured vehicles in the depleted Divison. Initially held in reserve, the 559th was attached to Kampfgruppe Von Poschinger as it assaulted Bastogne from the south. The 559th Schwere Panzerjägerabteilung is rated as Confident Veteran.
