Motivation and Skill
The 560th Schwere Panzerjägerabteilung was attached to 12th SS-Panzer Division to bolster the number of armoured vehicles in Kampfgruppe Kuhlmann. The Jagdpanthers and Panzer IV/70 tanks saw action supporting Kampfgruppe Kuhlmann's panzergrenadiers in the assault on Dom Butgenbach against stubborn resistance by the US 2nd Infantry Division and accompanying armor and tank destroyers.. The 560th Schwere Panzerjägerabteilung is rated as Confident Veteran.
