Motivation and Skill
After many heroic deeds during the operation to encircle the Germans at Stalingrad, the 3rd Guards Mechanized Corps was awarded the Guards title. A Lend Lease Tankovy Batalon of the 3rd Guards Mechanized Corps is rated as Fearless Trained.
